Café Colore will be showcasing local artist Matt Angiono's work during Denver Arts Week. Enjoy a nice Italian meal surrounded by his striking outdoor photography. Sophisticated comfort food meets the ambiance of home. Fruition is proud to display artwork from one of its own employees. Geoffrey Ridge is a local artist, born, raised and trained in Colorado. His primary medium is engravings (using the copperplate method). Geoffrey also works with linoleum cuts as a printing method and is an extremely talented water-colorist. Fruition features a dozen of his works throughout the restaurant and rotates the water colors on a regular basis. Visit this hidden gem during Denver Arts Week to enjoy local art!

Il Posto is proud to feature the work of local photographer, Eunice Brownlee, during Denver Arts Week. Brownlee's exhibit, "Confluence," weaves together the artistry and grace of modern dance, and parallels the complicated simplicity of Il Posto's cuisine.

Il Posto offers a truly cosmopolitan experience in a vibrant, hip space. Milanese chef/owner Andrea Frizzi prepares dishes inspired from Northern Italy and the ever-changing menu features local organic produce and meats with seafood flown in daily.

Brownlee was interested in art and photography from an early age. After relocating to Denver in 2005 and mentoring with several area photographers, Brownlee continued to develop technical skill and build her portfolio. While specializing in portraiture, wedding and event photography, Brownlee shoots with a photojournalistic style, seeking to capture the natural essence of her subjects while making each person feel like the amazing and beautiful person they are.

Also, learn more about the Hope Bracelet Project. A collaboration between bead artists from around the world has enabled students in Ethiopia to learn the art of jewelry and bead making. Fundraiser for Friends of Riverside Cemetery on display Oct 10-Nov 15th featuring the artworks and photographs of Jeff Starr, Izah Gallagher, Jill Hadley Hooper, John Davnport, Sabin Aell, Sherry Hern and Matt O'Neill. Artists will donate a percentage of sales to Friends of Riverside Cemetery.

Housed in the historic J.S. Brown Mercantile building, the Wynkoop Brewing Company boasts a warm Colorado pub feel with its hardwood floors, thick timber pillars and pressed tin ceilings.
