In July, 21 Road Show trainings were administered to 466 people! Thus far 2,662 front-line representatives have been trained.

Certification Training
Great for front-line leaders!
Attend an all-day Certification Training for hospitality representatives! Training located at Coors Field Clubhouse and will include:
- Bus tour of Denver’s top attractions
- Practical customer service skills
- Knowledge on Denver as a destination
Date: August 13; 8-5 p.m. (10 spots still available)
Cost: $20/person (lunch & snacks included)
