Green practices

Snooze helped establish Greener DINR, a restaurant focused "Greening" group endorsed by the Mayor's Greenprint for Denver, EPA, Mile High Sustainable Alliance and others. Snooze recycles, composts, uses sensible take away products, purchases local food and organic when possible, and has made concentrated efforts on lighting and energy to reduce our footprint, including purchasing carbon offsets.
