Soon to be LEED Certified - Energy Star efficient appliances in our kitchens. Compact Florescent lighting is used throughout the hotel. Temperature controls, lighting, and all HVAC are run on an Energy Management System. Elevators use the latest Regenetrive Drives which convert mechanical energy of the motor into electrical energy, feeding power back into the building's energy grid. Recycling programs in both front and back of house. Sustainable products used in the design of hotel, bamboo paneling, floor tiles and employee uniforms consist of recycled materials.
