Recycle in kitchen, housekeeping and office. Some low flush toilets, linen re-use policy. Adaptive reuse of an existing building. We saved a 100 year old crumbling historic Victorian landmark, saving and re-using original hardwood floors, hand rubbed woodwork, saved 90% of original lead glass windows. Currently take advantage of 20 inch thick hand carved and rusticated stone walls for warmth and cooling.
