Housing Assistance
The Convention Services department offers a complimentary Housing Bureau to conventions using three or more hotels with a minimum of 1,200 rooms on peak night. The Housing Bureau personnel are familiar with all aspects of Denver and will work diligently to ensure the success of your Denver convention.
Some of the services provided by our Housing Bureau are listed below:
- Use the Internet-based Passkey reservation system, which allows delegates to book reservations online or via fax, e-mail or mail, all at no cost to your organization
- Send room reservation acknowledgements to your delegates via e-mail
- Provide you with pickup reports and rosters, which are accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week
- Can provide customized reports based on your needs, and rooming lists can be downloaded to several hotel chains
- Provide continual assistance in room block and inventory adjustments, and can protect sub-block capability for VIPs, staff and exhibitors
- Provide a final report with actual room pickup at the conclusion of your convention
- Offer a toll free number service at a per room, per night rate
