Clyfford Still Museum
Drawing/Painting/Process November 1-9 Get a previously unseen glimpse at famed abstract expressionist painter Clyfford Still’s marvelous drawings and sketches. These were sometimes made in preparation for Still’s paintings, but as this fascinating exhibition at The Clyfford Still Museum shows, they are incredible works of art all on their own.
River North Art District
RiNo Safari VIP Tour November 1 Kick off Denver Arts Week with a VIP tour through the city’s hottest art district – River North (known to locals as RiNo). You’ll visit 10 very cool district locations and enjoy receptions at each location. Couples $52.80 or Single $26.40
Open Studio November 5 Work side by side with some great artists! During this welcoming event, artists of all skill levels work alongside peers every first Tuesday in the Community Studio. Each session ends in a half hour voluntary, informal peer critique. All media are welcome. If you do not want to pay the materials donation, please feel free to bring your own supplies.
