Falling Rock hosts a GABF Kick-Off Party every year on the Monday before the Great American Beer Festival, and this year is no different. The grand-daddy of the Denver craft beer bars will count down on its GABF clock, and when the digital numbers hit zero, at 5:30 p.m., Falling Rock owner Chris Black will tap some of the beers from his cellar that he has been saving just for this occasion.
