• Spinach Salad - Fresh spinach, sliced mushroom, bacon, Bermuda onion and mandarin oranges tossed with a specially blended hot bacon dressing. A House Favorite!
• Vinaigrette Salad - Leaves of Romaine, red cabbage, black olives and feta cheese with walnut oil, balsamic vinegar and fresh basil vinaigrette

Third Course (choice of)
• Prime Rib of Beef – 8oz. cut The finest beef, dry aged and slowly roasted on a bed of rock salt. (Served with creamed horseradish sauce and au jus.)
• Chicken Rochambeau - Atop an imported crouton a boneless chicken breast is topped with Danish ham, Swiss cheese, and a mushroom sauce, then finished with a rich sauce hollandaise
• Tilapia - This popular fish is sautéed in white wine and served with a flavorful orange ginger butter sauce
