First Course
Our traditional Caesar salad accompanied by our assortment of fresh baked bread.
Second Course (choice of)
• Stuffed Salmon - Fresh salmon stuffed with our signature
jumbo lump crab cake and baked. Served over a lemon shallot beurre
blanc with herbed rice pilaf and freshly sautéed broccoli and
peppers.
• Beef Tournedos - Grilled tenderloin medallions topped
with lobster, asparagus, and béarnaise sauce. Served with roasted
garlic mashed potatoes and freshly sautéed broccoli and peppers.
• Crispy Duck - Roasted half duck with a Grand Marnier demi-glace.
