• Shrimp Gorgonzola - Jumbo shrimp sautéed in white wine and cream, topped lightly with gorgonzola cheese, complimented with pasta primavera.
• Lamb and Shrimp Dijonaise - Cotellettes of lamb and jumbo shrimp sautéed in Marsala wine, cream and Dijon mustard, served with potato rosette and vegetable medley.
• Grilled Filet Mignon - Topped with a Marsala wine and mushroom sauce, served with potato rosette and vegetable medley.
