First Course (choice of)
• Crab Bisque
• Pear & Blue Cheese Salad - Romaine, spring mix, pears, candied pecans, and blue cheese crumbles all tossed in a dark cherry vinaigrette and topped with dried cherries
• Calamari - Golden-fried calamari served with a Cajun dipping sauce

Second Course (choice of)
• Queen Mary Burger - Half-pound charbroiled certified angus burger, topped with melted cheddar and Jack cheeses, apple-wood smoked bacon, grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and Mary’s special sauce
• Filet mignon - Flame grilled 6 oz. certified angus beef filet, topped with a creamy blue cheese sauce, and served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
• Tequila Shrimp Penne - Sautéed shrimp, penne pasta, roasted red peppers served in a spicy habañero tequila sauce and topped with pico de gallo
