Jill’s Restaurant at St Julien Hotel & Spa is a modern bistro offering Metro American fare with Mediterranean influences. Award-winning Executive Chef Jason Rogers is inspired by the Western Mediterranean region and keeps the menu light, full of flavor and uses a variety of locally grown, organic, and free-range ingredients.

First Course (choice of)
• House Made Fig Salumi & Gorgonzola Tart - Wood-Stone Oven herb tart, fennel & sambuca fig salumi, gorgonzola & hearts of romaine
• Muscovy Duck Spring Roll - ginger orange glaze & spicy Chinese mustard
• Spinach Cous Cous Carbonara - poached egg, crisp guanciale & parmigiano cheese

Second Course (choice of)
• Donato Grassi - hand-made pasta stuffed with granny smith apple & potato, smothered with slow braised pork shoulder & sauerkraut, aged provolone gratin
• Halibut Tacos & Grandmas Hush Puppies - crispy battered Hazel Dell mushrooms & scallions with sautéed halibut, masa tortilla, shaved cabbage, avocado & watercress crema fresca
• Lamb Osso Bucco - slow cooked with red wine & natural jus served over celeriac puree & winter harvest vegetables
