First Course (choice of)
• Bisque de Fruits de Mer - Lobster bisque garnished with shrimp, crab and bay scallops topped with puff pastry fleuron and a quenelle of crème fraîche
• Crême de Champignons aux Echalottes - Wild mushrooms baked in a crême brulée type custard topped with oven roasted caramelized shallots

Second Course (choice of)
• Mahi au Chocolat - Cocoa dusted Mahi, seared, bathed with a vanilla flavored beurre blanc accompanied by a piña-colada scented risotto
• Paupiette de Veau - Veal scallopini, sautéed in sweet butter, topped with a crumble of Montrachet cheese and a julienne of Proscuitto; finished with a demi glace redolent of sage, served over gnocchi sided with tomato, zucchini and eggplant Provencal

Third Course
Toasted Almond and Pistachio biscuit layered with praline and white chocolate mousse, topped with dark chocolate ganache served over a drizzle of warm caramel sauce
