A bustling neighborhood restaurant inspired by the food and wine of Provence. We showcase seasonal menus using local ingredients accompanied by a wonderful selection of wines. Mateo supports local ranchers, farmers and foragers. We are dedicated to using organic, chemical free and genetically unaltered products whenever possible.

First Course
• Cru - tartare of bigeye tuna with deviled quail egg and toasted brioche
• Salade lyonaisse - frisee with lardons, poached faro fresh egg and mustard vinaigrette

Second Course
• Bouillabaisse - maine lobster, diver scallops, clams, bouchot mussels, shrimp and rouille crouton
• Cassoulet - braised colorado lamb, house-made sausage, confit of liberty farm duck,flageolet legumes and natuaral jus

Third Course
• Tart tatin - house-made tahitian vanilla bean ice cream
• Pot au chocolat - fresh cream
