First Course (choice of)
• Minestrone Genovese – Seasonal vegetable soup finished with basil pesto
• Tricolore – Arugula, Belgian endive and radicchio tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette with shaved Grana Pandano

Second Course (choice of)
• Capellini alla Pesto – Black tiger shrimp sautéed with sliced garlic and cherry tomatoes tossed with basil pesto
• Papardella – House made papardella pasta tossed with a mixed mushroom and sausage ragout, finished with parsley and grated parmesan
• Atlantic Salmon – Pan seared in a kalamata olive, garlic, basil, stewed tomato and white wine sauce, served with a seasonal vegetable and quinoa pilaf
• Pollo alla Bosco – Chicken breast sautéed in a mixed mushroom, thyme white wine sauce with roasted new red potatoes and sautéed spinach

Third Course (choice of)
• Budino di Pane – Bread pudding filled with sun dried cherries dark and milk chocolate, served with caramel sauce and whipped cream
• Profiteroles – Filled with pistachio gelato and drizzled with white chocolate sauce
