We feature a lively and casual dining experience with fresh, handcrafted beers brewed on premise and an innovative menu. Parking is validated in the Independence Plaza lot (immediately under the restaurant) after 4:00 p.m. M-F and all day Sat. & Sun. Call-ahead seating is always available.
First Course (to share)
Asiago Dip - Smooth, creamy Asiago cheese melted with fresh scallions,
mushrooms and sundried tomatoes. Served with homemade beer bread.
Second Course (choice of)
• Alder Smoked-Salmon - Alder wood takes this fresh Salmon fillet to another level. Grilled and served with our fresh mango salsa, White Cheddar mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
• Brown Ale Chicken - Pan-seared chicken breast with shitake mushrooms and topped with our famous Brown Ale sauce. Served with White Cheddar mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
• Grilled Mahi-Mahi - A grilled Mahi fillet, lightly seasoned with lemon zest and topped with Mediterranean style sundried tomatoes and caper tapenade. Served with lemon rice and seasonal vegetables.
• Top Sirloin - Aged 11oz USDA Choice top sirloin served with White Cheddar mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
