Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and only thirty minutes west of Denver, the Historic Brook Forest Inn is truly a diamond in the rough. Our turn of the century flair continues to impress guests of all ages.
The Historic Brook Forest Inn has roots dating back to 1909. Its Victorian architectural style and rustic charm have been preserved and updated to classic detail.
The Historic Brook Forest Inn is proud to have the experience and talents of Larry Cotton at the helm of our kitchen. His Abruscian heritage is prevalent in his Italian cuisine and his attention to detail is keenly present in his French/American presentations as well. Mr. Cotton is also a master at creating delectable desserts to complete your dining experience.
