The Mercury Cafe is an internationally known, artistic, eclectic, local treasure. The Mercury serves truly local, truly organic food, and boasts solar panels and windmills.

The Beef, Bison and Elk are all grassfed (of course) and the Pork is from Monroe Organic Farms. Our fish is ranched in Alamosa and outside Boulder.
Chef Marilyn Megenity collaborates with small farmers, ranchers, dairies, brewers and vintners to create the food the Mercury proudly serves.
Dinner is accompanied by soft, live Jazz or classical music. The second floor of the Mercury Cafe functions as a dancehall, theater & reception room.
