• Savory Chile Spiced Broth, Tender Pork, Posole, Chopped Cilantro and Onions, and Fresh Lime Juice. Served with our homemade flour tortillas.

• A large poblano pepper stuffed with a blend of three Mexican cheeses, egg battered and baked. Served on our original ranchero and cream sauces with Mexican Rice and Refritos.
• BARBACOA AND BACON TACOS
• Spiced rubbed and slow cooked Barbacoa and savory Bacon, served on fresh corn tortillas. Accompanied by fresh Onions, Cilantro and Lime Juice, a blend of Mexican Cheeses and our homemade Roasted Chile Morita Salsa. Served with Mexican Rice and Refritos.
