Nestled amongst an urban aspen grove, the restaurant offers social dining in the tune of “rustic American”. Uncommon boutique wine, hand-crafted cocktails and hard to find spirits compliment the imaginative food menus. Dishes created with intention celebrate local ingredients as they mature with each season. Cozy dinner service with eclectic wine offerings are available by the half glass to the full bottle with unexpected gems found in the cellar. An award-winning brunch menu can be enjoyed, properly served “by the book”, on the weekends. Contrasted between the funky boutique shops on historic South Broadway, Beatrice and Woodsley expresses Colorado’s sophistication and refinement beyond the cowboy hat and wagon wheel clichés.
