  • Italian: classic presentation with basil, garlic, tomatoes, white wine
  • Pacific: shallot, garlic, chili peppers, cilantro, and ginger liqueur
  • Malaysian: red curry, coconut, Thai herbs, shallots, garlic
  • Nepalese Samosas- flaky pastry with a curried filling of potatoes, onions and cilantro with raita and golden raisin chutney
  • Sweet Potato Tater Tots- maple cider gastrique & smoked bacon
  • Mushroom Tapenade Dip and Toasts- blended criminis, shitakes, olives, pimentos, garlic, onions, truffle oil

Salads (Choose an entree salad to share)

  • Mixed Greens- ranch, bleu cheese, balsamic, Thai ginger vinaigrette, honey-mint mustard vinaigrette
  • Caesar- romaine, sourdough croutons, Parmesan cheese
  • Entrée Salads (add to any salad: tofu 3, shrimp 4 or flat iron steak 7):
  • Thai Salad- With your choice of sweet soy chili glazed tofu or flat iron steak
  • mixed greens tossed in a sweet chili and ginger vinaigrette topped with Asian slaw
  • Roasted Beet Salad- roasted beets & spinach with goat cheese, pepitas & pickled red onions tossed in a honey mustard vinaigrette with a hint of mint
  • Vietnamese Salad- crispy caramelized ginger braised pork belly chunks atop romaine with bell pepper, red onion & carrots tossed in a sweet & tart Vietnamese dressing

  • Spicy Shrimp Po’Boy- tempura fried shrimp, chipotle remoulade, lettuce & onion
  • Bacon Bleu Burger- bacon, bleu cheese, caramelized onions
  • Good ole’ Cheeseburger- cheddar, lettuce, onion, tomato
  • Spicy Ahi Tuna Burger Sliders - lightly breaded with panko & fried topped with Asian slaw
  • Entrees:
  • Savory Duck Rice Pudding - flash fried, crispy duck confit leg quarter atop wilted arugula and creamy rice pudding studded with chunks of roasted acorn squash
  • Udon Noodle Bowl - Fennel, bok choy, basil, cilantro, Fresno peppers and a soft egg your choice of pork belly or tofu
  • Low Country Grits - buttery grits with sautéed crawfish, shrimp & andouille sausage; seared spinach
  • Shrimp Bahia- Jumbo prawns sauteed with shallot, garlic, chile peppers, tomatoes, basil and cilantro in a coconut milk sauce
  • Meat / Meatless Loaf- choose our traditional loaf with Colorado Cola glaze & brown gravy or veggie & quinoa loaf with vegan gravy both w/autumn veggie hash & mashers
  • Jonesy’s Posolé- white hominy & shredded duck confit in a smoky guajillo chili broth with toasted garlic, yellow onion, red jalapeno, (served with traditional accompaniments of cabbage, lime & chilies)
  • Dad’s Steak- flat iron steak with mashed potatoes or fries & autumn veggie hash
  • Mac & Cheese - cheddar cheese, cream and love add bacon or broccoli- 2/1
