The 5,200 square feet, 160-seat restaurant is designed to transform the Golden Triangle location into a sleek open design that is sophisticated yet comfortable.
The centerpiece of Charcoal Restaurant’s design is the open kitchen fronted by Colorado custom designed grills. “What makes our restaurant unique is using the specially-sourced hardwood that burns at a high temperature and is virtually smokeless and odorless.” says Executive Chef Patrik Landberg. “The cooking technique for many of our grilled dishes actually comes from Asia and is referred to as bincho style cooking. Using this cooking technique with contemporary European cuisine, results in dishes with incredible flavors. Because of the high temperature, food is cooked quicker. Meat is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Vegetables retain their flavor.
