Founded in 2003 by Alessandro Carollo Venice Ristorante has brought authentic Italian Cuisine right here to Denver Colorado. Along with his business partner and friend Christian Dellefave they have created a culinary masterpiece that has enticed so many of our guest. With the warm Italian welcome and the intimate setting you will feel as comfortable as you feel when you are at home.

  • Calamaretti Fritti al Pesto
  • Flash fried squid; served with a spicy marinara sauce and basil pesto

  • Baby Romaine, homemade croutons, fried capers and shaved parmesan cheese
  • Melazane Parmigiana
  • Eggplant layered with mozzarella, basil and marinara

  • Hat shaped ravioli filled with butternut squash, walnut and parmesan cheese
  • Salmone al Soave
  • Pan seared salmon filet, cherry tomatoes, roasted garlic, fresh asparagus & soave wine sauce
  • Galletto Caprese
  • Chicken breast with fresh basil, tomatoes, marinara sauce, parmesan and fresh mozzarella cheese then finished in the oven; served with Parisian rainbow spring vegetables and enriched wild rice
  • Rigatoni alla Boscaiola
  • Rigatoni tube pasta tossed with prosciutto cotto, mushrooms and sweet peas in marinara with a touch of cream, finished with parmesan
