Let owners Michael Yaccino and Nat Troy introduce you to a fresh new taste to the Highlands Ranch community. Influenced by a Taos, NM background, our superb menu offers a wide range of fresh flavors and tastes.

First Course

  • Fried Avocado- Served on a corn tostada with pico de gallo and creme fraiche
  • Sweet & Spicy Shrimp- Chili-Dusted popcorn shrimp with chipotle aioli and honey
  • Truffle Fries- Our duck fat fries in fresh herbs, parmesan cheese and truffle oil

Second Course
Salad or Soup
  • Southwest Salad- Spring mix, sweet corn, black beans, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cotija cheese, pico de gallo, and crispy corn tortilla strips with a cilantro lime dressing
  • Cobb Salad- House-smoked turkey breast, spring mix, bacon, hard-boiled egg, cherry tomatoes & white cheddar cheese with your choice of dressing
  • OBL Salad- Spring mix, avocado, walnuts, croutons, tomatoes, dates, red onion, cotija cheese with a lemon thyme vinaigrette
  • Butternut Squash Bisque- Creamy squash puree with white wine, garlic, cinnamon and nutmeg with parsley and pumpkin seed garnish
  • New Mexico Posole- Pork, hominy and red chili

  • Achitoe Marinated Pork Loin- Pork loin marinated with achiote & citrus over a chimichurri sauce with mashed potatoes & vegetable medley
  • New Mexico Red Chili Crusted Wild Salmon- Sauteed Salmon with a New Mexico red chili rub with cilantro green rice, calabacitas, pico de gallo and lime
  • "King Ranch Casserole" Green Chili & Cheese Stacked Enchiladas (Vegetarian) - Corn tortillas, green chili, cotija cheese, white cheddar, guacamole, creme fraiche, pico de gallo and cilantro green rice
  • Wild Mahi Mahi- Grilled Mahi served on a dried cherry and pumpkin seed quinoa with a house-made Mango chutney and calabasitas
  • 12 oz. New York Strip- Grilled NY Strip with twice baked potatoes, vegetable medley, and a trio of sauces; mushroom madeira, chimichurri and green chili

  • OBL Mudpie- First we stuff and Oreo cookie crust with coffee ice cream and then top it with Oreo cookie crumbles, toasted walnuts, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and a cherry
  • The Works-Homemade banana bread flash fried and topped with bruleed bananas, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, homemade peanut butter, walnuts, banana chips, whip cream and a scoop of vanilla ice cream
