AXIOS is Denver’s newest modern Greek Restaurant located on Tennyson Street in the Denver Highlands, only ten minutes from downtown. AXIOS offers an array of traditional Greek favorites from our family's recipes going back to the Greek Island of Chios. We also offer more progressive Mediterranean dishes, which we have created with strong Greek influences. In addition to the classic meat dishes, we offer many vegetarian and gluten-free options. AXIOS Estiatorio offers a full bar and an extensive wine list with selections from around the world, focusing strongly on the up and coming wine regions of Greece.   • ARNI PSITO - Braised lamb ribs finished with a Greek fig and red wine barbecue sauce, served with garlic and feta mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
  • SOUVLAKI - Skewers of marinated pork tenderloin, grilled and served with Greek rice, seasonal vegetables and tzatziki
  • PASTITSIO - Layers of Pastitsio pasta, Greek cheeses and seasoned meat, finished with bechamel cream sauce, oven baked
  • MEDITERRANEAN PASTA - Tomatoes, spinach, onions, capers and garlic sauteed in a white wine butter sauce, tossed with penne pasta and finished with feta cheese
  • PSIMÉNO BAKALIÁRO - Wild caught Alaskan Cod dressed with Greek herbs, lemon, and butter, broiled and served with Greek rice and sautéed vegetables, finished with a light lemon vinaigrette
