Roasted Beets: queso de mano, orange, almonds
Garlicky Fingerling Potatoes: french beans, crumbled goat feta, caper olive tapenade

Grilled Mahii Mahi Escabeche: avocado, citrus, chiles, ginger, coriander
Gnocchi : roasted butternut squash, dried tomato, Hazel Dell mushrooms, sage, parmesan foam
Pork Green Chile: six-hour pork shoulder, masa, roast poblanos, roast winter squash, tomatillo, queso fresco
Crab & Carrot Risotto: fennel, pea shoot salad, orange vinaigrette
Chicken Confit: arrugula, pancetta, favas, orzo carbonara
