  • Lamb chops - Australian lamb chops served with Jalapeño Demi glaze
  • Bacon wrapped scallops - Served with Ranchera sauce
  • Fried Calamari - Served with South West caesar dressing
  • Southwestern Egg Roll (vegetarian option) - Fried egg roll filled with black beans, pico de gallo, and Monterey Jack cheese

Third Course
Entrée (choice of one entrée per person):
  • Paella- A delicious combination of Sausage, Chicken, and Seafood served in Saffron rice.
  • Filet Jalapeño-char-broiled beef tenderloin medallion topped with jalapeño cream sauce, onions, red and green peppers. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed
  • Pollo con cilantro-Baked chicken breast stuffed with Monterey Jack cheese, blue corn tortillas, and fresh cilantro, served over rice with Jalapeño cream and spicy tomato sauces
  • Enchilada de Mariscos-Scallops, shrimp, and crab meat in a flour tortilla topped with olives, tomatoes, scallions, and a choice of lobster or chipotle cream sauce.
  • Grilled Portabello mushroom & vegetable Fajita
