Ignite! is a relaxed urban gastro pub that offers fire crafted food, cast iron comfort food, creative libations and home grown hooch. With alfresco dining during the summer months and cozy, relaxed dining during the winter months, you’re going to love becoming one of our neighborhood regulars! Our menu focuses on seasonally changing, local ingredients to make up a complex offering of classic dishes that are fire-inspired and wood oven-roasted. First Course

  • Devil’s Wood Scampi ~ wood roasted shrimp with garlic, onion, grape tomatoes, parsley, white wine and butter, served with grilled ciabatta bread
  • Fried Pesto Risotto Tots ~ basil pesto risotto dredged in panko, flash fried, served with roast red pepper and basil pesto aioli
Appetizer - choice of one to share:

Second Course
Entrees - choice of one for each guest:
  • Wood-Roasted Colorado Lamb Chops ~ with cannellini bean mash, grilled asparagus, pinot noir and marionberry reduction
  • Slow Roasted Pork Loin Roulade ~ cinnamon and jack daniels rubbed, stuffed with apple, sage and pecan dressing, finished in the wood oven with green onion risotto and pan jus
  • Ignite Style Cast Iron Cioppino ~ mussels, shrimp, andouille sausage and chicken, in a hearty tomato and roast fennel broth with arborio rice
  • Beef Tenderloin Trio ~ cast iron seared, CAB certified medallions served three ways: oscar style, au poivre, and mushroom duxelle, on griddled ciabatta bread with oven roasted Colorado fingerling potatoes
