Texas de Brazil, the nation’s premier Brazilian steakhouse, is carving a new experience in fine dining! The menu combines the cuisine of Southern Brazil with the generous spirit of Texas, for a dining experience unmatched anywhere else. The dynamic menu features extensive meat selections of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage all deliciously seasoned and cooked over an open flame then carved table-side by the restaurant’s authentically costumed “Gauchos.” Accompaniments with the cuts of meat include garlic mashed potatoes, Brazilian cheese bread, and sweet-fried bananas. The restaurant also features a 50-60 item seasonal salad area including appetizers, gourmet vegetables, soups and salads. Guests can conclude their dining experience with one of many dessert selections or relax with an after-dinner drink. The restaurant also features an award-winning wine list and signature cocktails, such as the prized Caipirinha.
First CourseSalad Area:
Guests can continuously dine on the fresh, gourmet salad area containing more than 50 items, which include but are not limited to: Brazilian black beans with pork, imported cheeses, marinated Portobello mushrooms, hearts of palm, tangy Tabbouleh and special house-made lobster bisque.
Once guests turn their cards from green to red, carvers will bring various cuts of seasoned beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage directly from the fire to their table to be carved table-side. Meat service is continuous, therefore guests can have as much as they like.
Each guest will receive a slice of the delicious bananas foster pie made with graham cracker crust and drizzled with sweet caramel.
