Gabriel's Restaurant and Tuscan Bar is a fine dining, Northern Italian restaurant that is independently owned and operated by Matthew and Jan for over 20 years now. We are housed in the 1889 Victorian Manhart home located in the quaint town of Sedalia .Our multi-course menu will dazzle your palette and our romantic atmosphere will delight your senses.

Entree Choices served with warm garlic bread
  • 5 Entree Choices, plus a daily special:
  • PAN-SEARED SALMON with coconut-saffron cream, black rice and wilted spinach.
  • BEEF AND PRAWNS; Petite filet mignon with Marsala wine sauce and prawns with gorgonzola cream sauce, Yukon gold potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
  • ROSEMARY POUISSON and sausage dressing in natural Jus with baby corn and mashed potatoes.
  • EGGPLANT RATATOUILLE; North African grilled eggplant ratatouille with red and black quinoa.
  • LAMB OSSO BUCCO; lamb shank herb marinated and braised in it's own stock, served over creamy polenta.
