Ernie's Bar and Pizza pays homage to the original Ernie Capillupo restaurant opened in 1948 and an entire generation of Italian-Americans who taught us a little something about food, drink, friends and family. We hand make our own sauce and fresh mozzarella every day. While the menu is contemporary, the kitchen is one of the only left in Denver to still make fresh pizza dough every morning and hand stretch that same dough to order for guests every night. Ernie's bar carries thirty beers on tap with a serious craft brew focus and features a cool whiskey collection that includes two of our own house infusions. Ernie's Bar and Pizza also takes into consideration our vegetarian and gluten free guests with our menu choices. We hope to see you soon!
