Lucky Pie elevates ordinary pizza to something exceptional. Our pizza is our own take on traditional Neapolitan-style pizza, with the addition of creative ingredients and combinations. We hand make the dough daily with organic Colorado flour and age it for 24 hours to develop and deepen the flavors. When ordered, our pizza dough is tossed, formed, and topped with fresh ingredients by hand, which allows for some variation in the size and shape of the crust. The pizza bakes quickly in an 800 degree, open-flamed, handmade, brick oven, which adds a mild char and depth of character to the final product. In addition to some of the best pizza around, Lucky Pie also offers an extensive menu of creative garden-fresh salads, artisan meats and cheeses, and oven-roasted entrees.
