Using only the best U.S.D.A beef, the meat is dry-aged for 21-28 days allowing the marbling in the steak to fully develop allowing a rich, buttery taste to your steak when we grill it over live hickory logs creating an ambrosial entree accompanied by delectable sides of your choosing.
