Our fully operational winery located in the heart of DTC uses grapes from all over the world, making wine with very low sulfites, and no chemical tannins or preservatives. We produce over 100 wines, made in the European fruit forward tradition - you can travel the world without ever leaving our winery!
Special for Restaurant Week: We are proud to again partner with Air Culinaire's Chef James Montoya to create beautiful tasting plates with an array of delicious pairings. You'll be enjoying 10-12 different wines with us throughout the evening, in an unlimited wine tasting - please plan for 2 1/2 - 3 hours for your experience.
Try our wines by the glass, by the bottle, or we invite you to become the vintner and create your own batch of wine (28 bottles) complete with custom labels! With low sulfites and virtually no chemicals, you'll be able to enjoy our wines with no headaches or stuffy nose that you might have reaction to with conventionally produced wines.
Sip whites from countries such as New Zealand, France, and California exquisitely paired with international and domestic cheeses, breads, and fruits.
Enjoy fruit-forward, big and bold reds from all over the globe, including South Africa, Italy, Spain, and Chile perfectly paired with blue vein cheeses, nuts, and charcuterie meats.
