The Saucy Noodle is owned and operated by Erin and Nathan Markham and has been in the family for 49 years. We are known for our giant meatballs and have arguably the best pizza in Denver. We make over 90% of our menu items in-house and only use the freshest of ingredients. We are very excited to be a part of this unique Denver experience.
