Cuba Cuba Cafe & Bar opened to much excitement in July 2001. It is an eatery, a bar, a place to get together and enjoy Cuban Culture. Many describe it as a small oasis in the middle of Denver. We pride ourselves with great service and continue in our efforts to make everyone feel at home. Cuba Cuba has gained the reputation as Colorado's mojito bar with authentic Cuban delicacies. Our chefs' talents have been recognized not only in Denver, but also nationwide as one of the best Latin American restaurants in the United States. We bring some of Cuba and Miami to these parts by way of our famous rum list, atmosphere and our delicious Cuban fare.

• EMPANADAS DE CAMARON ~ empanadas filled with shrimp, peppers & onions
• ENSALADA TROPICANA ~ mango, cucumber, queso fresco, mint, onions & cilantro tossed in a chili-lime vinaigrette

• PUERCO FRITO ~ traditional cuban pork that is slow roasted with garlic mojo sauce and onions then pan seared to a crispy finish & served with white rice, black beans and sweet plantains
• PESCADO EN SALSA VERDE ~ pan seared grouper fillet topped with a warm parsley and white wine vinaigrette served with a potato mash and jicama slaw
