The name Hapa is derived from the Hawaiian term that describes a harmonious blend of Asian and American cultures. Like our name, our food reflects this dynamic combination. The menu is based on traditional Japanese cooking fundamentals which are then amplified, muted, or mixed with influences from many different styles of cooking until they are something completely new: they’re Hapa. We have stretched the boundaries of creativity to develop dishes that defy all rules while holding true to our roots. We hope that you will find our menu innovative, uninhibited, and distinctly fun.

American Kobe Carpaccio ~ Black Pepper seared Wagyu beef served with fresh jalapenos and jalapeno ponzu.
Tuna or Salmon Taro Poke ~ Hawaiian style tuna or salmon poke over a seared taro cake, finished with cool cucumbers and yuzu sour cream.
Colorado Style Hamachi ~ Hamachi sashimi served with fresh jalapenos, yuzu soy, & cilantro.
Pakalolo Shrimp ~ Spicy Hawaiian Style domestic shrimp served with a sweet chili pepper dipping sauce.
Chukka Salad ~ Seaweed marinated in a sesame oil dressing.

Honey Miso Salmon ~ Honey Miso glazed grilled salmon filet served with seasonal vegetable
Teriyaki Beef or Chicken ~ Thinly sliced all natural New York Strip Steak or all natural chicken marinated and grilled in our own Hawaiian style teriyaki sauce. Served with rice, sauteed vegetables and Asian slaw.
Yakiniku Beef or Chicken ~ A spicier version of our teriyaki with your choice of all natural chicken or thin sliced New York Strip steak.

Toffee Banana Bread ~ Warm banana bread served with Hapa's house made toffee sauce, garnished with fresh fruit.
Tempura Banana Split ~ bananas tempura served with organic vanilla ice cream topped with hot fudge, toffee sauce, raspberry coulis, candied pecans, and a cherry.
