The Bistro; originally built as a tea house in 1923 with the rustic ambience of an original log cabin where European Continental Cuisine meets the quaint Evergreen mountain setting. Dine in either of our sunrooms facing the meadows of Marshdale with Mt Evans in the backdrop, or nestle up to the warmth of our natural wood burning fireplace. The Bistro serves memories with an unparalleled dining experience where quality fresh ingredients, prepared daily with no artificials or preservatives guide our menu creations.
