At the award-winning Fogo de Chão, authentic Brazilian “gaucho” chefs carve servings of beef, chicken, and pork right at your table. All of this is preceded by a trip to their gourmet salad bar and complemented with traditional Brazilian sides.

  • PICANHA: This prime cut of sirloin is seasoned with sea salt or flavored with garlic.
  • ALCATRA: Cut from the top sirloin, Alcatra is tender and full of flavor.
  • FRALDINHA: Cut from the bottom sirloin and seasoned to perfection.
  • CORDEIRO: Fresh leg of lamb sliced right off the bone.
  • PORCO: Tender pork loin encrusted with parmesan cheese or served as ribs.
  • FRANGO: Succulent chicken legs or tender breast medallions wrapped in bacon.
  • LINGUICA: Pork sausages seasoned and slow-roasted to perfection.
  • COSTELA: Tender, juicy beef ribs cooked slowly to preserve their rich natural flavors.
