Fire-roasted meats are carved and served tableside by our gaucho chefs.
Picanha - The prime part of the sirloin, and one of our most popular cuts. Served seasoned with sea salt or flavored with garlic.
Alcatra - Cut from the top sirloin. This piece of meat is tender and full of flavor.
Fraldinha - Cut from the bottom sirloin and seasoned to perfection.
Cordeiro – Fresh and tender leg of lamb, sliced from the bone.
Linguica - Robust pork sausages.
Costela de Porco - Tender pork ribs slow roasted to perfection.
Lombo - From the pork tenderloin, flavored with parmesan.
Frango - Chicken legs or tender chicken breasts wrapped in bacon.
