Located within Denver’s acclaimed Hotel Teatro, in the city’s theatre district, Kevin Taylor’s signature restaurant is the only four-star, four-diamond in the city. At Restaurant Kevin Taylor, Executive Chef Austin Cueto ensures only the freshest ingredients are used to create dishes of elegant substance, walking delicate lines between fusion and French, the American Southwest and the Asian Rim. The newly-renovated sophisticated setting was designed by Taylor, and features abalone and Swarovski crystal chandeliers, custom-designed furniture, hand-blown glass art by local artist Mike Saull, and fresh flowers.
