Modern American bistro located in historic downtown Castle Rock. Using the freshest ingredients from around the block & around the world, served to you in an upbeat & comfortable atmosphere.

First Course

  • WOK SEARED SHISITO PEPPERS - served with lemon garlic dipping sauce.
  • IDAHO NACHOS -- Crispy potatoes with jalapeno, bacon & chive. Topped with white cheddar fondue.
  • CRISPY CALAMARI - served with remoulade & gremolata.

  • BLACKBERRY BBQ SALMON – served with crispy potatoes & bacon braised brussel sprouts.
  • PORKCHOP - our signature double bone roasted pork chop, served with whipped potatoes, apple chutney & Cider whole grain mustard glaze.
  • BEEF TENDERLOIN - served with winter vegetables, whipped potatoes & red wine sauce.
  • ROASTED CHICKEN With twice baked potato gnocchi, sour cream scallion sauce & sauteed spinach.
