Formerly Hemingway's Key West Grille, this newly swankified place still has a cozy brick front room and a shady open-air patio available during pleasant weather. The restaurant has added a lively bar scene along with an unbeatable happy hour menu. We offer brunch and delicious dinners.

  • o Fresh Oysters (4) on the half shell
  • o Whole Leaf Baby Red Romaine Caesar - organic baby red romaine, truffle flatbread “croutons”, parmesan
  • o Crispy Caribbean Calamari - baby corn, pepperoncini, red pepper aioli, mango mojo o Heirloom Cherry Tomato Bruschetta - goat cheese, basil, garlic, shallots, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic reduction
  • o Fields of Joy Salad - tossed with cranberry vinaigrette accompanied with glazed walnuts, sundried cranberries and goat cheese

  • o Bamboo Steamed Lemon Sole – stuffed with crab and asparagus; served with shiitake-ginger sauce, polenta cake and baby broccoli
  • o Kona Rubbed Beef Tenderloin - sliced w/ blue cheese-portobello sauce; baby beet studded Yukon mashed potatoes, vegetable medley
  • o Max Roasted, Smoked & Rubbed Natural Half Chicken – mole sauce, brown rice pilaf
  • o 12 Hour, Colorado Lamb - slow roasted lamb shoulder, cranberry red wine chutney, beet studded mashed potatoes, asparagus
  • o Seared Tuna Salad – mixed field greens tossed with honey soy ginger vinaigrette, baby bok choy, bell peppers, heirloom cherry tomatoes, crispy rice noodles and a wasabi drizzle
  • o Grilled Atlantic Salmon – cheese raviolis, smoked bacon, green onions, cauliflower-white bean bisque
