Co-owners and Executive Chefs Curt and Deicy Steinbecker opened Ondo’s in the Fall of 2009 with a vision of creating Denver's finest tapas bar. Trained at "La Escuela de Cocina Luis Irizar" in the heart of picturesque San Sebastian, Spain, the Steinbeckers infuse every dish they create with extensive knowledge and passion for Spanish and Basque country cuisine.   • Croquetas de Espinacas y Pinones- Spinach and pine nut croquettes
  • Pintxo de Datil y Tocineta- Bacon wrapped date pintxo
  • Tortilla Espanol- Spanish egg and potato omelet with ham, cheese and garlic ali-oli
  • Ensalada de Palmitos y Langostinos- Shrimp and heart of palm salad with fresh herb vinaigrette

  • Salteado de Verduras- Sauteed vegatables with porcini vinaigrette and poached quail egg
  • Vieiras con Salsa de Puerros- Scallops with leek sauce and bacon
  • Pescado a la Plancha- Grilled fish with eggplant and romesco sauce
  • Carrilleras de Cerdo- Braised pork cheeks with honey mustard sauce
  • Solomillo con Salsa de Queso Valdeon- Beef tenderloin with Spanish blue cheese sauce and potato pure
