Jill’s Restaurant is a modern bistro located in St Julien Hotel & Spa in Boulder, Colorado. The restaurant encourages sustainable, organic farming practices and highlights contemporary American & French cuisines. The restaurant features 70 seats, a full bar and one of the most beautiful private dining rooms in the city.
