Join us Friday March 10, at 7:30pm for a casual family style meal featuring the wonders and taste of our essential winter vegetables. Before modern transportation systems these vegetables are what our families survived on during these colder months. Now onions and potatoes may seem boring at first but as you cook with them more you realize the variety of uses of these winter storage vegetables. Let us pay homage to the cooks before us who first prepared these hearty vegetables in a multitude of dishes.
