If you've visited the new Denver A to Z exhibit at the History Colorado Center, you know "C" is for Cow Town. And since the National Western Stock Show opens in January, it's the perfect time to celebrate the legacy of the cowboy in the West. Actor Matthew James will portray cowboy character Nathaniel Tanner, display and explain the function of his clothing and equipment, and tell stories about the courage and drive required to survive as a cowboy in the 1870s.
