As a teenager, she joined mass meetings and rallies and was among the thousands of students hosed by firemen during the 1963 marches. McKinstry has devoted her life to community service, works on many community boards, and serves as president of the board of the Sixteenth Street Foundation. Also joining us are Deidra H.
