Join LiveWell Colorado for an event where Coloradans can sign up for free “4 Day Challenges,” to get the tools and guidance they need to kick-start a healthy habit. Boulder Bike Blenders will have blender bikes set up to make free farm-fresh smoothies. A photo booth will be set up so people can creatively document the “4 Day Challenge” to which they are committing.
